Please ensure you contact the salon if any changes occur with your booking. 10% Deposit is required for group bookings.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required if you need to cancel or change your individual appointment or 7 days’ notice to change or cancel at group booking. A 50% Cancellation fee will be incurred if enough notice is not given. Please be prompt with your arrival as we aim to be ready to start your service at the allocated time.
